Dear Pilotski friends,
We are looking forward to welcome you to Pilotski 2023 in beautiful Kleinarl Austria.
We were very fortunate to be able to join Tito’s fantastic week in Baqueira Beret this year, and see some of you who could make it in spite of the travel restrictions.
We missed all of you who could not make it . We are hoping that we will have the entire group together again next year with some new faces as well .
On the organization team, joining us from Luxair will be Frank Reuter, part of the Pilotski 2001 team and Olla Thordardottir who partially resides in the region of Kleinarl .
It will be an absolute pleasure and delight for you to join us from 14-21 January 2023.

7 Nights Accommodations
Choose from single or double occupancy and also suites.

Meal Plan - Full Board Lunch & Dinner
Full board international cuisine with complimentary wine, beer and soft drinks at meals. Meals are buffet style and cater for all dietary preferences, including healthy, vegetarian and lactose-free dishes.
Coffee specialities are offered at breakfast. Cake is served in the bar area in the afternoon after your skiing.
In case of allergies, please check directly with Robinson Amadé.
SKI Pass
The skipass is valid for 6 days, from Sunday through Friday for the entire Ski Amade area- 270 lifts and 760 km of pistes.
Non Skiers
Daily activities arranged for non skiers.
- Gondelhopping – use the ski lifts to reach the surrounding villages like Wagrain or Flachau or just enjoy the top of the mountains and meet friends in one of the ski huts (free of charge with your ski pass) .
- Day-trips to beautiful Salzburg, with the possibility of a guided tour. Less than an hour drive. (transfers not included).
- Day-trips to the Dachstein Glacier (transfers not included) .
- Visit Wagrain and the “Stille Nacht” Museum (local buses free of charge).
- Walking tours, for instance to the beautiful Jägersee (approximately 5km away) also reachable by local bus or strolls through the picturesque village of Kleinarl.
- Snowshoe hikes.
- Horse-drawn sleigh rides.
- Rodeln (which is Austrian for sledding)
- Torch hiking.
Club Facilities
A beautiful spa with pool, sauna and relaxation area is included.
One small sauna for those preferring to wear bathing suits is available.
The indoor sport facilities include a well equipped gym, fitness room with free of charge fitness classes, a sports hall, a climbing wall, table soccer and pool tables.
The Mountain
Kleinarl Ski resort is one of the 7 holiday resorts of Salzburger Sportwelt, which is also part of Ski Amadé.
Information can be found under salzburgersportwelt.com and Skiamade.com. Kleinarl is situated at 1014 MSL, the slopes rise up to 2700m MSL.
The Salzburger Sportwelt area has 80 lifts, the whole Ski Amade has 270 lifts and 760 km of skiable pistes. The ‘Absolut’ boarder park in the Shuttleberg Flachauwinkel-Kleinarl area offers speed skiing, a carving course and 100 obstacles provide ample fun for the free stylers.
The Chill house restaurant and apres-ski and restaurant is located close by Cross country skiing is possible, the Wagrain-Kleinarl area has 26km of easy to medium difficulty trails.
The complete Salzburger Sportwelt area encompasses 260 km of trails. Beside the Robinson activities, there are idyllic winter hiking trails to discover, exciting tobogganing and horse-drawn sleigh rides to experience
A ski tour or a snowshoe hike in the snow-covered winter landscape, will keep you deeply connected to the beautiful nature.
The Hotel
The hotel is made up of two 3 story buildings connected by a bridge passing over a mountain stream at the edge of the picturesque village of Kleinarl.
160 rooms, including family suites. 90% of the rooms have a balcony.
Built in 2004, and renovated between 2012 and 2016.
Awarded the Austrian 4 star category.
The entire hotel is smoke free with smoking areas outside.
The restaurant is separated into several sections, located around the central buffet area.
A large bar is situated centrally with a separate, cozy fireside lounge.
Wifi is free of charge and the connection is good throughout the hotel.
A self-service laundromat is located in the basement free of charge.
Special laundry services are available for a fee.
SKI Lessons
Robinson offers morning and afternoon ski and snowboard lessons.
6 days from Sunday to Friday are included in the package.
Each ski group can decide whether they return for lunch to the hotel or whether they stay on the mountain to enjoy the vast ski area.
The ski-pass is valid Sunday through Friday for the entire Ski Amadé area.
Robinson offers a non-skier program as well.

Additional Information
The Shuttle
Transfers from MUC airport will be arranged separately, the price is subject to the amount of people traveling, for a return transfer of approximately 50 € per person if the bus is full. The shuttles are organized by Robinson and must be booked directly with them. Please plan about 3 hours travel time to/from MUC. If demand is high enough a transfer from SZG could be arranged.
Hotel Parking
-Hotel parking is free outdoors while indoor parking is available at 6 € per day
Ski Rentals
Ski can be rented at the hotel. The Schernthaner shop, situated in Kleinarl village, has an outlet at the Robinson. If you book your skis online, specifying you are part of the Pilotski group (using a special code we will provide you with) you will receive a 10% discount. The rental at the hotel will be open arrival day until 20:00 as well as early morning Sunday. You can exchange skis without problem during the week if the equipment does not suit you.
Ski Storage
A warm boot and ski storage is located as you exit the hotel toward the nearest chair lift, a 5 minute walk away.
Booking Deadlines
Bookings start early July and will be accepted as long as rooms available. In order to have exclusivity of the resort for the Pilotski group, we must have 150 persons booked by Nov 10th 2022. Please book before that date if somehow possible, this will give as the opportunity to organize this week exactly as we want it, with our drinks, events, ski classes, etc. A cancellation insurance for about 100€ can be booked by EU residents directly with Robinson.
